MXFD IT Support & Infrastructure uses AnyDesk to provide remote assistance and technical support.



Features of this Service:

  • User-Friendly and Secure: Easy to use, install, and highly secure.
  • Full Control: You are always in full control and can end remote sessions at any time.
  • Remote Diagnostics: Ability to diagnose and resolve problems remotely where possible.
  • File Transfers: Seamless file transfers during the session.

To establish a connection, a small applet must be downloaded, enabling us to access your PC through AnyDesk. You will retain control of your device for the duration of the session and can terminate it at any time.


Important Notes:

  • Privacy: Close any personal or confidential information on your screen before connecting with the technician.
  • Backup: It is the client’s responsibility to back up all applications and data prior to the session starting.
  • Limitations: Some problems may not be rectifiable via a remote link.

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall MXFD IT Support & Infrastructure or any of its employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or other damages, loss, cost, or liability whatsoever that result from or are related to the use of technical support provided by MXFD IT Support & Infrastructure.
